(2) Waste gas treatment measures: the hot melt extrusion waste gas of this project is collected by the gas collection hood, treated by a set of water spray + activated carbon device (TA003), and discharged through a 25m high exhaust cylinder (DA001) (and Ningbo Yizhu Shimming Health Technology Co., LTD., the extrusion and pouring exhaust gas exhaust gas share the same exhaust cylinder); The mixing machine shall be covered to prevent dust from escaping, and the mechanical ventilation measures of the workshop shall be strengthened. (3) Noise prevention measures: The main noise source of this project is the noise generated during the operation of various types of equipment. In order to ensure the standard discharge of factory boundary noise, the plant is rationally arranged and low noise equipment is selected to control the noise.
(4) Solid waste treatment measures: Scraps and unqualified products generated by this project are not solid waste after collection and crushing for reuse; The spray waste liquid and waste activated carbon were collected and entrusted to Ningbo Chitong Grease Co., LTD. Beilun branch for disposal; After collection and temporary storage for shelter, the household garbage shall be entrusted to the sanitation department for regular transportation.
